Himachal Pradesh Football Association (HPFA) is the governing body of football in Himachal Pradesh. HPFA is a permanent member of All India Football Federation (AIFF) and is affiliated as State Association with AIFF and is registered under Societies Act (Reg. No. 11/2006).

Our Objectives:

(a) To improve and popularize the game of football constantly and promote it throughout state of Himachal Pradesh in the light of its unifying, educational, cultural and humanitarian values, particularly through youth and development programmes in urban, rural and remote areas including Schools, Colleges and Universities.

(b) To organize its own domestic and international competitions.

(c) To draw up regulations and provisions and ensure their enforcement.

(d) To control every type of Association Football, including friendly matches by taking appropriate steps to prevent infringements of the Statutes, regulations or decisions of FIFA, AFC, AIFF or of the Laws of the Game.

(e) To prevent all methods or practices which might jeopardize the integrity of matches of competitions or give rise to abuse of Association Football.

(f) To manage the national and international sporting relations connected with Association Football in all its forms.

(g) To protect the joint interest of its members.

(h) To raise funds, purchase or hold any property and/or equipment or any interest in the same.

(i) To do all such acts as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of foregoing objects and for promotion and development of the game of football.

(j) To organize Children’s festival of football and International Competitions from time to time.

(k)To develop infrastructure, grounds, stadiums and facilities for football

(l) To run and organize training and development activities and programs for players and officials

(m) To prohibit discrimination of any kind against a member, association, club, private person or groups of people because of ethnic origin, gender, language, religion, politics or any other reason and to take stance against racism

(n) To promote friendly relations between Members, Clubs, Officials and Players

(o) To ensure that every person and organization involved in the game of Association Football is obliged to observe the Statutes, regulations and the principles of fair play
