Instructions for Online Registration of Players

To get registered with HPFA as a Football Player you will have to follow the below mentioned procedure of online registration:

1. Registration Fee: Rs 200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only)
2. Payment Option: Netbanking / Debit Card / Credit Card
3. Player Registration Form: After successful payment transaction, you will be redirected to Registration Page where you will be asked to submit your details through registration form
   • Information required: Personal Information and Contact Details
   • Documents to be uploaded
     1. Personal Photograph
     2. Birth Certificate issued by MC Executive / Secretary or Panchayat Secretary
     3. Aadhar Card (Optional)
