Himachal Club League (HCL) is the Official Football League of HPFA. HCL shall be the Second Division League of Himachal Pradesh. HPFA has taken this initiative to promote football in Himachal Pradesh. For this purpose it is important that the clubs across Himachal get registered with HPFA and come in the organised structure of Association Football. Therefore, keeping the current scenario of football in Himachal Pradesh the clubs have been categorised in two segments; Amateur Football Clubs and Professional Football Clubs. The HPFA is organizing Second Division League as Himachal Club League for the Amateur Clubs. In Himachal Club League, only the Amateur Clubs registered with HPFA from Himachal are eligible to apply.
Participation Guidelines:
- Only Amateur Clubs registered with HPFA can apply for the league
- If your club is not registered with HPFA, click here to register your club
- All players of the clubs must be registered with HPFA

- Entry Fee for Amateur Club League: Rs. 5,000/- for clubs registered with HPFA and Rs. 10,000/- for clubs registered with other State / UT Football Association
- One club can field only one team
