The Country’s most prestigious Hero Dr. BC Roy Trophy Tier II Football Championship is being organized from 10 December in the Beautiful city small Kashi District Mandi of Himachal Pradesh.
Teams from 18 states of India are participating in this great event. This information was given by Himachal Pradesh Football Association General secretary Deepak Sharma. He informed that matches of this Football competition will be played jointly at Paddal Ground in Mandi and MLSM Degree College in Sundernagar. All India Football Federation (AIFF) has jointly entrusted the task of organizing this competition with Himachal Pradesh Football Association and District Football Association. Various committees were formed for the successful organization of the competition.
Himachal Pradesh Football Association General Secretary Mr. Deepak Sharma said that Dr. CP Kaushal, a professor in MLSM Degree College has been appointed as the coordinator of this competition. Apart from this, Narendra Saini from Mandi and Anil Guleria from Sundernagar have been appointed as an Organizing Secretary. Sharma said that on 10th December at the MLSM Degree College in Sundernagar, Baldev Tomar, President of Himachal Pradesh Football Association and Vice President of Food Civil Supply Corporation, Himachal Pradesh will be the Guest of Honor of the competition.
The 18 teams for the National football competition are divided into four parts. Group-A comprises Sikkim, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Tripura & host Himachal Pradesh.
Group-B comprises Bihar, Maharashtra, Pondicherry, Chandigarh and Nagaland
Group-C includes Rajasthan, Daman-Diu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Assam
Group-D includes Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Dadar and Nagar Haveli and Arunachal Pradesh.

Four matches will be conducted in a day under the Hero Dr. BC Roy Trophy Tier II Football competition. The first match will be played on December 10, 2019 between Group-A host Himachal Pradesh vs Sikkim. The second match will be between Gujarat vs Tamil Nadu. Similarly, a match will be played between Group-C against Rajasthan vs Uttrakhand and Daman-Diu vs Andhra Pradesh.
