Two players from Himachal Pradesh were selected for the final trials of the Indian team.

Aryan Thakur district Mandi and Jatin Tagta district Shimla of Himachal Pradesh have been selected for the trials of the Indian U-16 team. This camp is being organized by the All India Football Association on the 25th in Srinagar. Various players from all over India will participate in these trials.

President of Himachal Pradesh Football Association Mr. Sunil Sharma (Bittu) blessed and congratulated the players on this occasion, and informed them that both Himachal Government and Himachal Pradesh Football Association are working together to raise the level of football in the state. And, could establish the football of Himachal Pradesh at a higher level at the national level.

On this occasion, the President and General Secretary of the District Football Association also blessed these players to make the state proud by performing well. Prithvi Vikram Sen from Shimla, Leela Vilas from Mandi, Pawan Thakur from Kullu, Arun Sharma from Solan, Satish Gautam from Bilaspur, Sanjesh Jamwal from Hamirpur, Naresh Rana, Treasurer Himachal Pradesh Football Association, Rakesh Pahwa and Ikram ji from Sirmaur, Babu Ram Negi ji from Kinnaur, Suresh Chechha ji from Sai Academy Kangra, Jatinder Saini ji from Una, Rakesh Chauhan ji from Kangra, Naresh Khanna ji from Chamba were some prominent names.
